Phillip John Mogg (15 de abril de 1948, Wood Green, Londres). Cantor da famosa banda UFO, que ele formou no final da década de 60 com os amigos , Pete Way e Andy Parker.
UFO é considerada uma das primeiras bandas de heavy metal, ao lado de Black Sabbath e Deep Purple, embora o Deep Purple não admita ser heavy metal.
O Guitarrista Mick Bolton, foi substituído pelo grande Michael Schenker.
Phil Mogg escreveu a maioria das letras da banda e é o único membro do UFO a aparecer em todos os álbuns da banda.
